Dear AFTERNOON SCHOOL PARENTS,

The euphoria of the Family Day remains fresh in our memories. Both houses – Vinta and Helm – gave their best to win the coveted Family Cup and the result was an infectiously fun and competitive but friendly atmosphere that spoke a lot about our Family Spirit. Congratulations to your houses and families!

As we near the end of the school year, let us give a last push to your sons to help them really [email protected] The f...

This year outbound trip is full of adventure. Each bus was filled with energy and determination. One can tell this because each has agreed to make a name and a cheer. We perspired a lot and tired with all our activities but it was fun. As part of scientific observation we jotted down information under the scorching sun whilst some of us still wore our sweaters. We al...

Last February 18, 2016, I participated in “Quizmasters 2016,” my first competition as a freshman in Southridge. It is definitely one of the most exciting things I’ve done with my life, not to mention the tension, the pressure and the anxiety.

My Quizmasters journey began with the eliminations that happened last February 16. With all honesty, I di...

On Faith

By Ethan Navoa, Grade 7

Faith is a virtue that entails trust and belief in the truth. And, the truth is Jesus Christ and his teachings. Believing

faith, but sometimes we tend to commit sin than practice faith. Sin is what separates us from Jesus Christ,

but if our faith o...
